Mission

Neighborhood Communications goals are to:

1. Facilitate the exchange of information within a neighborhood when normal communications are unavailable.

2. Relay, on an informal best-effort basis, critical emergency information between neighborhoods and authorized responding agencies when those agencies are otherwise unable to provide or obtain that information.
